Description This Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using AMOS provides hands-on training in model building, path analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. Participants will learn to apply SEM techniques for research in social sciences, business, and management. The program covers data preparation, model fit evaluation, and interpretation of results.
