Cybersecurity awareness seminar and training is the mechanism used to educate students on the various cyber threats, how to recognize them and the steps to take to protect themselves and their companies. The benefits and advantages are numerous. A solid security awareness training program will drive cybersecurity awareness and instil the knowledge and confidence in students to recognize security threats when they're presented and how to properly respond and escalate issues. This can be taken one step further by conducting phishing simulations. This is where deceptive emails that are indicative of malicious emails are sent to employees. |
